1.Kikuyu
The Kikuyu Tribe are statistically the most educated tribe in Uganda. They have the Highest number of educated people. They have the Highest percentage with over 67% of the Kikuyu people having finished Primary Education and attended High school. This represents the number of people that are able to communicate fluently in English, read and write.
2. Asians
The Asians though of a lower populations have a percentage over 66% of their population High education. Most of their educated Citizens have finished High school and attended College.
3. Luo
The Luo are third most educated tribe in the country. They have the highest percentage of employees in the education system in Kenya together with the Kikuyu. This continuous growth in the industry has growth they educated and learned population.
4. Meru
They Meru have been one of the top 5 most educated tribes in Uganda. The geographical location with Cities has always been the leading factor of the High number of Graduates in Kenya for the last 30 years when they government incentivized education.
5. Swahili
With the continued Government incentive on education. More Swahili people have attained in the last 15 years which has increased the literate rate to higher percentage companied to the 1990s.

6. Nandi
The Nandi also are among the top 10 most learned tribes in the country which has been one of the leading in the number of graduates since 2016.
7. Kisii
The tribe though having a relatively small population are one of the most learned ones. Their culture has been evolving and leading into the new technological error. Their developed has led to the need for education becoming the cultures driving factor.
8. Luhya
The Luhya are one of the most educated tribe because of the political structure. Their leaders are known for advocating for education. Starting in the early 2000s their leaders led the country in education reforms on a local region level.
9. Kalenjins
The Kelenjins who are now scattered all over the country are also on the list. They make the list because of their scattered educated population which has evolved from the ancient culture and adapted to the needs of the new society with education taking center stage.
10. Kamba
The Kamba came in 10th as one of the Highest learned tribes in the country. They have one of the Most organized education structure in the land and have grown a a culture with high literate levels.
11. Taitas
They are also one of the Highly educated. These are represented by the number of high up executive positions in Corporate Culture where they have developed as a grown with several connections in the industry.
12. Maasai
The Maasai are known to popular culture for not being formally educated. They however have a system of informal education which is mandatory for all tribe members for those in their original land. They are required to be trained in culture and morals from their cvlan leaders with events in months of December.
