In a candid conversation on Sanyuka TV’s Bigenda Bitya, Apostle Jonathan Nalebo, known for his bold and forthright demeanor, opened up about his reasons for leaving Galaxy FM.
He recounted that a significant fallout with the station’s management ultimately drove him to make the difficult decision to part ways. Nalebo pointed out that the lack of teamwork within the station was one of the primary factors that made his position increasingly untenable. Despite his substantial contributions to the radio station, he felt that his efforts were undervalued and undercompensated.
“There was a serious clash between the management and me,” Nalebo reflected, as he revisited his younger days, when he was just around 24 or 25 years old. “At that age, I wasn’t as willing to listen or take direction, and as a result, our relationship soured significantly.”
He went on to express his belief that he brought a great deal of value to the show, even suggesting that the program hasn’t quite reached the same level of quality since his departure. Nalebo felt confident that he was offering something truly valuable, and when the working relationship became strained beyond repair, he and the management mutually agreed that it was best for him to move on.
Moreover, Nalebo admitted that he couldn’t see himself continuing to host a gossip show for another ten years. Recognizing that his talents and passion were better suited for more meaningful pursuits, he made the conscious decision to channel his energy and abilities into something that would have a more significant and lasting impact on his life and the lives of others. This decision marked a pivotal moment in his career, guiding him toward new and more fulfilling opportunities.
